Kris Hollie- Founder, CEO, Head Trainer
Kris Hollie is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He is also a dotFIT Certified Fitness Professional and is CPR/AED-certified.
Kris is extremely passionate about health and fitness. In September of 2012, he started his own wellness company, KrisHollieFitness, specializing in Calisthenics and Bodyweight Control training. His philosophy is to “Transform Your Training by Ascending to Greatness!” He has trained hundreds of clients in group, corporate and private settings. Ranging in ages (5-77) and fitness levels (beginner-advanced), Kris always ensures that each personal training session is customized to your abilities, needs, and fitness goals.
Kris is very active in the community. He has served as program sponsor for health and wellness events throughout WNY. He is also an instructor at group fitness studio Bikeorbar, as well as Hustle for Health.
Besides his health and fitness endeavors, Kris is also a bodybuilder, powerlifter, freelance model, motivational speaker, and has his own apparel line – Ascend to Greatness Apparel.
Sharod Smith - Trainer and Group Instructor
Sharod Smith is an aspiring fitness guru and soon-to-be NASM-CPT, with over 10 years of experience in fitness and martial arts. Sharod is a strong proponent of personal development, patience, and self-discipline, believing that any challenge can be overcome if these keys are kept in mind.
Sharod’s BASE philosophy is focused on Balance, Accountability, Spirit, and Effort. He enjoys using many calisthenics and higher rep circuits, as well as other modalities such as kettlebells, resistance bands, medicine balls, and free weights. He loves to share his passion with clients and strives to make his classes a fun, welcoming space for all who seek growth and renewal. Lauren Gresham - Resident Chef
Lauren Gresham is the Chef & Owner of Ravelle Culinary Creations, LLC and Core Cuisine Meal Solutions. Her specialties include private chef work, meal prep services, recipe writing, and culinary instruction.

Katie Gerard, Registered Dietitian
Katie graduated from D’Youville College in Buffalo, NY with a bachelors of science and a masters of science in dietetics in 2013. After graduation, she became a registered dietitian and moved to Las Vegas, Nevada where she was a health educator for a supplement company, Life Extension. Katie advised clients on medical and health issues and discussed supplements geared towards their needs. After one year, she moved back to Buffalo and worked in the community for Catholic Charities WIC as a nutritionist. Starting in November 2016, she became the nutrition coordinator of Head Start in the Rochester area.
In her spare time, Katie likes to compete in 5k runs, bike ride, lift at the gym, catch up on the latest nutrition trends and inspire friends and family to reach their health goals.

Dominique uses her unique background to help others explore the many benefits and advantages of fitness, and enjoys offering guidance and a variety of modalities in all of her training sessions and classes. Her larger goal is to help people reach higher levels of not just fitness, but also overall health and wellness.
Vonn Page - NASM CPT, DotFIT Certified, CrossFit Trainer & BootCamp Instructor
Vonn uses his background in Football, Boxing & CrossFit as key components when crafting different approaches to take on in the health & fitness field. With over 10 years of experience in his athletic background, Vonn uses his creativity when combining functional exercises across many different platforms of training, aiding in his unique CrossTraining-Style.
Vonn believes that the world around us is pure art; through his practice of CrossTraining, he can teach the world how to be more creative in regards to their own bodies with health & wellness, viewing fitness as the ART OF MOVEMENT. Utilizing this, he believes we can all develop our own unique capabilities & enhance those capabilities, to better endure the world around us.
Besides Vonn’s role as a trainer, he is also an active music artist, competitive crossfitter, & Founder/CEO of The Royal Link Armada Tribe.
